Whether you want to get stronger, run faster, tone up, lean down, are coming back from an injury, or all of the above; Together, we build you a training program based on your specific goals and what it takes to get you there. My programs are designed to make you stronger, faster, and more mobile from head to toe. No matter your experience or fitness level, you'll feel more confident in your body and what you're able to do with it. Along the way, we'll track your results from day one so you can see how far you've come from all your hard work. (These sessions are based on your schedule)
Small Group Personal Training
1 60 MIN. Session $40•5 Sessions $150•10 Sessions $260
This program is the same as one-on-one personal training where we still tailor a program specific to your goals and track your results, but you'll be in a group of 4 people (max). Each person will be working their own program for that session as I work with all of you simultaneously to get the most out of your workout. (These sessions are at set times throughout the week)

No matter how hard you work in the gym, you can't out-train a bad diet! It's all about training hard, but EATING SMART. Dieting is a science. But it can also be fun and rewarding. Especially once you see the results which are achieved once you are conscious of what you're putting into your body--and how much. If you've never had a strategy for your diet, or wondering why you're not shedding the pounds you should or packing on the muscle you're working for, I can help you understand your body and what it needs to hit those goals. We'll sit down and talk about what your current habits are, dietary restrictions, what you should AND shouldn't be doing, and how we can structure your diet based on the nutrients you need without having to be unhappy with what you're eating.

Are you a member at a corporate gym, have access to a gym at your work or in your building, or just work out in your home but feel lost and don't know how to get the most out of your time? Let's set up a session to talk and we can go over your goals vs the time you have to train and what you have available. From there, we can create a weekly training program for you that builds your strength and fitness week to week. Please Inquire about cost.
